Global Provider of Database and Analytics

Our client, a 2-billion-dollar Global Provider of database and analytics software products and services, had an inefficient, complex, accounts payable process when it began conversations with Optima Global Solutions in 2020. The company was seeking a solution to replace their legacy invoice processing solution with a SaaS/Cloud based AP Automation Solution to provide AP services globally to offices in the U.S., China, Brazil, and India. Accounts Payable staff processed over 7,000 vendor invoices per month averaging 2.5 pages per invoice into their Oracle EBS ERP instances. The company’s goals were to automate invoice processing, improve business  process efficiencies, gain operational insight, and achieve bi-directional integration with all 3 instances of Oracle EBS.
